💼 About This Role

You'll lead and advance the Quality function at Boston Materials, ensuring products meet the expectations of advanced semiconductor and AI datacenter customers. You'll embed quality into product design, process development, and customer validation while driving data-driven root cause investigations and building rugged quality systems for high-volume manufacturing. This is a technical, hands-on role that directly enables scale without compromising performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and scale the Quality Management System for high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.
• Lead internal, customer, and supplier audits ensuring ISO compliance.
• Deploy quality engineering systems including SPC, control plans, and capability targets.
• Implement PFMEA and risk management frameworks across products and processes.
• Partner with Manufacturing on equipment qualification and process validation.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Quality Engineering or Leadership in advanced manufacturing or semiconductor.
• Deep hands-on experience with SPC, MSA, DOE, PFMEA, and process capability analysis.
• Proven track record supporting customer qualification in high-reliability applications.
• Experience scaling from pilot/R&D into structured high-volume manufacturing environments.
