You'll join a multi-disciplinary team fighting spam, abuse, and account security issues at Proton, using custom systems combining human intelligence and machine learning. Your work will directly improve mail delivery and protect millions of users. You'll have the opportunity to drive planning and development without product managers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor production systems and take appropriate actions across all MSA systems
• Fight spam and abuse by analyzing data and creating rules
• Provide insights to Software and ML Engineers to improve systems
• Drive planning, development, and QA processes

📋 Requirements

• Experience performing data analysis
• Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken
• Able to operate in a fast environment
