• Develop test criteria and pass/fail requirements for vehicle checkouts
• Create procedures and processes for validation of evolving spacecraft
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and drive feedback to engineers
• Lead training to build test execution capability in production teams

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 1+ years of hands-on engineering experience
