You will monitor global security incidents and coordinate response for SpaceX facilities, handling video surveillance, alarm systems, and dispatching resources. Your work ensures the safety of personnel and assets in a fast-paced environment supporting humanity's space exploration mission.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 2+ years GSOC operator or corporate security role, or law enforcement/military experience
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Responsibilities

• Investigate incidents and create timely incident reports
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and video surveillance equipment
• Dispatch resources to investigate anomalous activity
• Coordinate with first responders and law enforcement during incidents
• Prioritize and process security reports via radio, phone, and tickets
