You'll own the end-to-end strategy and execution of a 300+ associate fulfillment operation with full P&L accountability. You'll set the bar for operational excellence and build the playbook for scaling fulfillment. This hands-on role sees fulfillment as a competitive advantage, not a cost center.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own site P&L and resource allocation.
• Lead and develop a 300+ person team.
• Drive continuous improvement in fulfillment KPIs.
• Build real-time dashboards for data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain and engineering.

📋 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of progressive leadership in fulfillment operations.
• Proven success managing 300+ person teams with high retention.
• Deep operational fluency in direct-to-consumer small parcel fulfillment.
• Strong financial acumen managing site-level P&L and budgets.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce or grocery fulfillment.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
• Background in B-Corp or mission-driven companies.
