Description

In this role, you will deliver best-in-class support for Ridgeline's SaaS platform, ensuring customers operate smoothly throughout the trading day. You'll serve as an escalation point for complex issues, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, CS, IT, or related field
• 6+ years supporting technical/operational issues in FinTech
• Understanding of investment management workflows and security types
• Experience with trading/reconciliation workflows and file formats (DTCC CTM, FIX, SWIFT)
• Expertise in data reconciliation analysis and escalation management

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex customer issues
• Provide start-of-day and real-time trading support
• Engage with customers via live chat and Zendesk tickets
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on defects and enhancements
• Mentor junior team members and build knowledge base content
