Description

In this role, you will drive the delivery of NICE CXone software features by collaborating with Product Management to transform market requirements into actionable work items for engineering teams. You will oversee the software development lifecycle, perform scrum master duties, manage releases, and ensure program goals are met on schedule and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT or related field; or equivalent experience
• 4+ years project leadership in cross-functional environment
• 4+ years hands-on experience in a key software development lifecycle role
• 3+ years demonstrated success defining and launching products and writing software specifications
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, RUP, and serving as a Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management to define and break down product backlog into technical requirements
• Drive and lead teams daily to plan, estimate, document, and deliver features on schedule and within budget
• Perform scrum master role for multiple teams, identifying and resolving resource conflicts
• Coordinate Release Management to schedule, communicate, and drive releases across environments
• Create visual layouts, proof-of-concepts, and provide clear direction for product and project questions
