🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily work and delegate tasks to teammates
• Oversee CNC plasma, bandsaw, and manual processing equipment
• Train new hires on internal processes and software
• Interpret prints and operate equipment to process structural steel and pipe

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 3+ years experience in manufacturing, industrial, or construction environment

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years using Hypertherm Automation EDGE CNC controller and suite
• Experience with overhead cranes, forklifts, and blueprint reading
• Experience cutting structural steel and pipe
