💼 About This Role

You'll lead the development of production-grade AI systems for a wealth management platform, improving model accuracy and building AI-first financial features. You'll shape our data strategy and help set the AI roadmap in a hyper-growth startup backed by Gradient Ventures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Improve accuracy of AI-generated responses via model iteration and evaluation
• Partner with product teams to design new AI-first features
• Shape data strategy for collecting and leveraging training data
• Bring modern best practices in applied AI to the team

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience building production AI systems
• Hands-on experience with modern LLMs and RAG
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering and orchestration like LangChain
• Fluency in AWS services (EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, etc.)

• Experience in fintech or regulated industries
• Familiarity with fine-tuning and embedding models
