💼 About This Role

You'll lead the end-to-end execution of core People programs across HQ and Fulfillment Center populations. Your work ensures critical initiatives are delivered on time and at a high standard, freeing up leadership for strategy. This high-ownership role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the full annual performance cycle, including system configuration and calibration
• Lead merit and equity planning execution, coordinating across Finance and HRBPs
• Manage benefit open enrollment end-to-end with vendor and broker coordination
• Build documentation, playbooks, and program calendars for repeatability

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in HR program management or People Operations
• Proven track record owning cyclical HR programs end-to-end
• Experience supporting both corporate and hourly employee populations
• Comfortable working with Workday and HRIS systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in change management and large-scale program rollouts
• Experience in eCommerce or high-volume workforce environments
• Familiarity with LMS platforms
