🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer full lifecycle of leave of absence cases
• Process new hires in HRIS (UKG) ensuring accurate setup
• Maintain I-9 compliance and E-Verify cases
• Triage employee inquiries through ticketing system

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of HR or People Operations experience
• Hands-on experience with leave of absence administration and compliance
• Experience with onboarding, employee support, or HR operations
• Familiarity with unemployment processes and HR administration
