You'll provide technical assistance and training to system users, handling non-routine issues via phone and in person. Your work will ensure timely resolution of IT tickets for critical government missions. This role offers the chance to obtain Microsoft certification and grow in a dynamic IT environment.

  • Handle Tier 2 service desk calls and escalations via tickets and phone
  • Install and modify PC hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Diagnose hardware, software, and operator problems
  • Manage mobile devices and printers

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-4 years of IT experience
  • Strong customer service skills for end-user support
  • Experience with Windows 10 and Office 365
  • Ability to obtain Microsoft certification within 6 months

โœจ Nice to Have

  • ServiceNow or other ticketing system experience
  • Experience with mobile device management
