You'll provide technical assistance and training to system users, handling non-routine issues via phone and in person. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Handle Tier 2 service desk calls and escalations via tickets and phone
- Install and modify PC hardware, software, and peripherals
- Diagnose hardware, software, and operator problems
- Manage mobile devices and printers
๐ Requirements
- 3-4 years of IT experience
- Strong customer service skills for end-user support
- Experience with Windows 10 and Office 365
- Ability to obtain Microsoft certification within 6 months
โจ Nice to Have
- ServiceNow or other ticketing system experience
- Experience with mobile device management
