You'll provide patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities, building trust and continuity over time. Your work will focus on daily rounding, prescribing treatments, and addressing acute issues, supported by intuitive technology and a collaborative team. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities.
• Conduct daily rounding, prescribe medications/treatment plans, and address acute/emergent issues.
• Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging as needed.
• Maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts and ensure compliance with clinical standards.

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. license and board certification by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN for Nurse Practitioners, or by NCCPA for Physician Assistants.
• Qualified specialties include Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks and pre-employment drug testing.
