You'll manage competitive employee benefits programs at EquipmentShare, supporting a people-first construction technology company. Your work will ensure compliance, drive strategy, and enhance employee experience. This role offers a chance to shape benefits for a rapidly growing company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage daily operations of benefits programs including health, life, disability, and retirement plans.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA).
- Maintain relationships with brokers, carriers, and TPAs; negotiate renewals.
- Design and communicate benefits information to employees during open enrollment and onboarding.
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 6 years of related experience in an HR/Benefit leadership role.
- Knowledge of all federal, state, and local regulations and compliance requirements related to employee benefits and leave of absence.
โจ Nice to Have
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential.
- Experience with HRIS systems and vendor management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
