Description

You will design and deliver employee experiences at SpaceX's spaceport locations, including events, wellness activations, and engagement programming. You'll manage internal communications, improve shared spaces, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance culture and morale.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 2+ years experience in hospitality or operations industry
• Strong creative instincts and polished eye for aesthetics and space design
• Experience launching new programs or services from the ground up
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, collaborative/project tools

Responsibilities

• Support Spaceport Experience operations: onsite events, amenities, wellness activations, engagement programming
• Lead creation and distribution of monthly experience newsletter; manage content, formatting, stakeholder coordination
• Identify and execute improvements across employee-facing spaces, ensuring functional, inviting design aligned with SpaceX aesthetic
• Monitor quality of employee-facing services, resolve issues, uphold operational standards
• Assist with event logistics, vendor coordination, signage, internal communication workflows
