You'll oversee daily operations including incident response and on-call coordination, ensuring exceptional call quality and reliability across all voice platforms. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a global voice operations team
• Manage daily operations, incident response, and on-call coordination
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SBCs and policy servers
• Analyze SIP signaling and call flows to identify issues

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of technical experience in large-scale voice operations
• 4+ years managing engineering teams
• Hands-on experience with SBCs and policy servers
• Solid understanding of AWS cloud platform

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience automating voice operations or CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with observability tools like Grafana
