💼 About This Role

You'll act as a lead technical strategic advisor for strategic partners in the LATAM region, designing multi-platform solutions on the Twilio platform. You'll drive technical enablement to ensure partners achieve architectural self-sufficiency and deliver customer outcomes independently. This role offers the chance to shape global partner strategy and product roadmap as a subject matter expert.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive technical enablement and readiness across strategic partners.
• Partner with regional GTM teams to embed partner implementation strategies.
• Architect scalable, secure solutions integrating products into enterprise tech stacks.
• Act as technical bridge between partner community and Product teams.
• Create reusable solution assets and technical documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in technical pre-sales, consulting, or partner-facing architectural roles.
• Experience in System Integrator or Technology Partner ecosystems.
• Technical fluency in API-first architectures and building functional prototypes.
• Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish (desired), and English.
