You'll lead training content design and curriculum development for Waymo's Fleet Response Operations, including Remote Assistance and Emergency Response. You'll drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve learning proficiency and safety compliance in complex environments. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead training content design and curriculum development for Fleet Response Operations.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and vendor partners.
• Set strategy and own execution to make training an enabling function.
• Manage training compliance, including recurrent training and safety outcomes.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience developing training content.
• Hands-on expertise with LMS, Articulate, Captivate or similar tools.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale technical training in safety-critical environments.
• Expert knowledge of training platforms, instructional design, and learner assessment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of compliance and safety requirements for documentation and SOPs.
• Experience in workflow optimization across multiple teams.
• Experience with vendor contract and budget management.
