💼 About This Role

You'll join the Insurance Product Development team at Oscar Health to support product filings, plan benefit templates, and program governance. You'll ensure accurate delivery of product changes through QA documentation, version control, and coordination across stakeholders. This remote role offers the chance to work at a full-stack health insurance company focused on member experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support preparation and submission of insurance product filing materials
• Ensure benefit designs and cost sharing are accurately reflected in filings
• Support production extract execution and distribution to downstream partners
• Monitor and enforce system freeze windows during critical periods

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting insurance products and regulatory filings
• 2+ years with ACA, individual, or small group insurance products and filing programs
• 2+ years of regulatory filing QA and version control experience
• 1+ years working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or public policy
• Familiarity with PBT’s, SOB’s, and SBC’s
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Excel, and SQL
