Description

As a Lending Support Specialist, you will resolve post-funding issues like returned funds and payment inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for SoFi members. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to process documentation and handle student loan and personal loan operations.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in review and/or pre-funding roles with personal and student loans
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Review payment and account details in Student Loan Refinance applications before disbursement
• Process personal loan returned funds requiring bank account verification
• Make outbound calls and emails to members for additional information
• Escalate unresolved issues to Remediation Team or Senior Management
• Process Student Loan Refinance and In-School Loan refund payments
