You will advise senior leaders and shape people strategies aligned with business priorities in a dynamic aerospace environment. You'll drive organizational design, talent planning, and change initiatives while ensuring operational HR excellence across Germany, Sweden, and Norway.

Requirements

• Several years of HR Business Partner experience in international, fast-paced environments
• Strong HR expertise in Germany; knowledge of Sweden and Norway is a plus
• Fluent German and English skills
• Solid Workday proficiency
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and change

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders and shape people strategies aligned with business priorities
• Drive organizational design, talent planning, and succession initiatives
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and development
• Lead and support change management initiatives
• Work closely with Works Councils with transparency and constructive co-determination
