You'll solve the company's most critical problems across strategy, operations, product, and go-to-market at SentiLink, a fast-growing identity verification startup backed by top VCs. You'll drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from definition to execution, directly impacting the future of identity verification.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead strategic initiatives and operational projects.
• Own key metrics, analyses, and business insights.
• Drive product and go-to-market efforts for new initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional product development and execution.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years work experience at VC-backed startup, consulting, banking, or PE.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, comfortable with ambiguity.
• Experience leading complex projects with limited guidance.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA preferred.
• Proficiency with SQL and/or Python.
• Experience building things from scratch (founder, early startup).
