💼 About This Role

You'll create programs, processes, and trainings that help sales teams sell more efficiently, leveraging AI to boost performance and productivity. Your work will focus on internal enablement across TRACTIAN's commercial teams. You'll conduct quarterly visits with the sales team to gain real-world context.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Organize and maintain repository of product enablement materials.
• Improve and standardize client-facing and internal presentation templates.
• Develop training programs for AE, ADR, and Sales Trainee teams.
• Track and report sales team performance metrics.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• 3+ years of experience in GTM Enablement or revenue operations.
• Proven success improving sales productivity through onboarding.

• Background in B2B SaaS commercial functions.
