Description

You will own the vision, strategy, and feature roadmap for HYPR Workforce authentication solutions, driving alignment with engineering to scale to 500+ customers. Collaborate with design, marketing, support, and sales to improve user journeys and exit criteria.

Requirements

• 9+ years of product management experience
• Experience at identity or security startups (e.g., Duo Security, Okta)
• Domain knowledge of enterprise identity/security products in Cloud/hybrid environments
• Experience building SaaS solutions for enterprise beta/feedback cycles
• Data-driven, user research and customer-centric validation mindset with OKR ownership

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and product feature roadmap for HYPR Workforce authentication
• Drive alignment and prioritization with engineering feature teams
• Collaborate with product design, technical documentation, marketing, customer support, pre/post sales
• Communicate across internal stakeholders, integration partners, and enterprise customers
• Manage release and NPI processes with product lifecycle foundations
