Description

You will own a core product area, set multi-quarter vision, and lead a team of PMs to deliver high-impact outcomes. You'll partner with Engineering, Design, and other teams to drive complex initiatives and leverage AI to enhance products and your own workflow.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management with experience managing PMs
• Scaled complex product areas in B2B, SaaS, or fintech
• Technically fluent to engage in architecture tradeoffs
• Data-driven with ability to define metrics and run experiments
• Clear communicator who can distill complex problems for executives

Responsibilities

• Define and own multi-quarter vision and strategy for a core product area
• Manage and develop a team of Product Managers
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Risk, Legal, and GTM
• Incorporate AI/ML capabilities into products and use AI tools for discovery and execution
• Establish planning, prioritization, and execution frameworks and define success metrics
