You will lead a team of functional consultants delivering end-to-end implementations of Ridgeline's enterprise cloud platform for investment management firms. This role involves overseeing multiple concurrent implementations, building a scalable consulting practice, and championing AI-powered tools to enhance delivery quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Front office investment management expertise in trading and portfolio management operations
  • Experience leading consulting teams and delivering complex SaaS implementations
  • Ability to foster a collaborative, ownership-driven consulting culture
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Must be work authorized in the US without employer sponsorship; domestic travel 25-30%

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Front Office Consultants delivering enterprise SaaS implementations
  • Oversee front office workstreams across multiple implementations to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
  • Guide teams through complex implementation challenges, maintaining strong customer stakeholder relationships
  • Collaborate with Project Management, Technical Consulting, Data Migration, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
  • Champion adoption of AI-powered tools (OpenAI, Claude) to enhance requirements gathering, workflow design, and implementation documentation
