Responsibilities
- Manage and report on charter school loan portfolio performance
- Prepare annual compliance reports for funders and Department of Education
- Serve as primary relationship manager for active loans, monitoring financial and academic KPIs
- Conduct annual due diligence on charter schools in portfolio
- Handle post-closing amendments, consents, waivers, and loan pay-offs
