You'll lead a sprint-based ecommerce platform team supporting 11 real estate brands across four technology stacks, driving conversion rate optimization and platform scalability. Your work will directly impact measurable improvements in ecommerce performance and customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Agile sprint planning, backlog grooming, and execution for ecommerce team.
• Drive CRO, merchandising, and checkout improvements across 11 brands.
• Serve as ecommerce tech representative on cross-functional ownership committee.
• Partner with engineering, UX, marketing, and content teams to prioritize initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience.
• Proven experience running Agile sprint teams.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and conversion optimization.
• Experience managing multi-brand or multi-platform digital environments.

• Experience with JIRA and analytics platforms.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
