You'll serve as a senior product support resource for a .NET application built on Salesforce and hosted on Azure, assisting alternative asset firms with complex technical issues. You'll own cases end-to-end, conduct proactive system monitoring, and partner with TechOps to ensure platform stability. This role combines deep product support with infrastructure awareness to accelerate resolution and prevent issues.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for clients
• Document support cases, root causes, and resolutions
• Monitor system health using monitoring and alerting tools
• Partner with Engineering and TechOps for issue resolution

📋 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Extensive experience in hands-on product support
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting
• Experience supporting .NET applications on Microsoft Azure
