Description

You will lead Anduril's Central Test Operations Organization, overseeing test site operations, test engineering, and integration. You'll manage engineers, test site managers, UAS operators, and technicians, ensuring safe and effective flight testing of unmanned systems. Collaborate with engineering and program leadership to drive strategic decisions and scale operations.

Requirements

• Technical passion and experience in developmental flight testing of unmanned systems at system and subsystem levels
• Experience leading a test operations organization
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities
• Familiarity with ground system controls and telemetry in test/UAS operations
• Ability to collaborate with internal customers and stakeholder groups

Responsibilities

• Lead Anduril's Central Test Operations Organization
• Oversee test site operations, test engineering, and integration
• Manage personnel including engineers, test site staff, UAS operators, and technicians
• Ensure safety-of-flight and implement Operational Risk Management (ORM)
• Administer training and qualifications for UAS operators and chase plane activities
