You will partner with hiring managers to define technical role requirements, source and assess candidates through diverse channels, manage the full recruitment cycle, and champion Brex's employer brand. This role is based in Vancouver in a hybrid environment with three days in-office per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and outreach for technical roles using various tools and platforms.
• Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes for a positive candidate experience.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on pipeline health and recruiting progress.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in recruiting systems and dashboards.
