As a psychotherapist at BlueSky Telepsych, you'll enjoy the autonomy to practice in the best interest of your patients without corporate interference. You'll work from home with flexible hours, collaborate with a team of therapists and prescribers, and build a caseload rapidly. This role is ideal for someone excited about team-based care and improving access to mental health services through telehealth.

Requirements

• Fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD)
• Open to licensing in multiple states
• Significant prior clinical experience preferred
• Experience with diverse populations including LGBTQ+ and transgender community
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to patients via telehealth
• Collaborate regularly with prescribers on patient cases
• Participate in virtual clinical team meetings
• Build patient caseload and manage schedule autonomously
• Coordinate care between psychiatric and counselor providers
