You'll serve as a strategic HR partner for a compounding pharmacy on a mission to personalize healthcare. You'll manage employee relations, benefits, and compliance while fostering a positive work environment and supporting manufacturing plant employees.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage benefits administration and employee relations
- Oversee new hire onboarding process
- Support managers and leadership in HR procedures
- Be the HR authority for swing shift employees
📋 Requirements
- 5-8 years HR Generalist experience
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience with Paylocity, Workday, Asana, and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of federal, state and local labor laws including HIPAA, OSHA

- SHRM or PHR Certification preferred
- HRBP experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing highly desired
