You'll serve as a strategic HR partner for a compounding pharmacy on a mission to personalize healthcare. You'll manage employee relations, benefits, and compliance while fostering a positive work environment and supporting manufacturing plant employees.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage benefits administration and employee relations
  • Oversee new hire onboarding process
  • Support managers and leadership in HR procedures
  • Be the HR authority for swing shift employees

📋 Requirements

  • 5-8 years HR Generalist experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Experience with Paylocity, Workday, Asana, and Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local labor laws including HIPAA, OSHA

✨ Nice to Have

  • SHRM or PHR Certification preferred
  • HRBP experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing highly desired
