You'll lead large-scale data center construction projects as an owner's representative, overseeing delivery from preconstruction through commissioning. You'll drive schedule, budget, and execution on projects exceeding $500M, ensuring alignment between design intent and field reality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of data center construction projects
• Drive schedule, budget, and execution strategy on projects exceeding $500M
• Oversee site, CSA, MEP, controls, and commissioning scopes
• Manage critical systems including UPS, switchgear, chillers, and CRAH units

📋 Requirements

• 12 to 20+ years of construction project management experience
• Strong experience with data center or mission critical projects
• Deep understanding of MEP systems and electrical distribution
• Proven ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Data center experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• PMP, LEED, CxA certifications
