As a Senior Scientist in Real-World Evidence, Oncology, you will leverage BillionToOne's integrated datasets of genomic sequencing and real-world clinical data to generate clinically meaningful insights and develop AI tools that enhance diagnostic utility and support treatment decisions. You'll work at the intersection of AI, genomics, oncology research, and clinical data science, helping shape the future of precision medicine.

Requirements

• PhD in biology, biomedical sciences, or related field
• Deep understanding of genomic data, oncology biology, and clinical medical data
• Experience applying AI/ML to biomedical or healthcare datasets
• Strong programming skills in Python and modern ML frameworks
• Experience with real-world clinical datasets (EHR, registries, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Generate insights and real-world evidence from integrated genomic and clinical datasets
• Develop AI/ML approaches to uncover patterns across genomic alterations, treatments, and outcomes
• Build AI-powered tools for clinical decision support and internal scientific operations
