💼 About This Role

You'll manage scheduling for home tours across U.S. markets in a hybrid role based in Buenos Aires. You'll coordinate Open Home, Private, and Occupied tours to ensure a seamless applicant experience while meeting tight SLAs. This role is key to scaling Belong's mission of homeownership for regular people.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own all tour and inspection scheduling across designated U.S. markets.
• Monitor new listings and schedule Open Home tours within 2 days of publication.
• Coordinate tour types (Open Home, Private, Occupied, Virtual) aligning with peak times.
• Manually add and invite leads from Zillow, Apartments.com, Zumper to scheduled tours.

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, scheduling, or customer service.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience working remotely and independently.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, and calendar-based task management.

• Familiarity with real estate platforms (Zillow, Showami, Apartments.com).
• Prior experience with property management or scheduling field service teams.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
