  • Define product marketing strategy for new B2C products including segmentation and messaging.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver growth initiatives.
  • Optimize full-funnel performance across acquisition, retention, and monetization.
  • Conduct market research and drive A/B testing for funnel improvement.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5โ€“7+ years of experience in product marketing or growth marketing for B2C digital products.
  • Proven ability to impact revenue, conversion, retention, and LTV metrics.
  • Strong expertise in segmentation, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing channels like Google, Meta, TikTok.

  • Experience with A/B testing and CRO.
