You'll own a territory and orchestrate personalized outreach to generate qualified meetings for healthcare AI solutions. Your work will directly accelerate our European expansion and help reshape clinical workflows. You'll gain exposure to leadership opportunities as the commercial team scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own named accounts and map multi-stakeholder buying groups in healthcare.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Generate and qualify opportunities with clear handoffs to sales.
  • Test cadences, analyze results, and iterate to improve team outbound.

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B SaaS SDR/BDR experience with consistent quota attainment.
  • Exceptional written communication with value-led outreach.
  • Advanced account research skills and comfort with complex multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Fluency with modern GTM tools (Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Clay, Attio etc).

  • Healthcare selling experience (provider, payer, life sciences).
  • Exposure to AI/data products or workflow automation.
  • Built or refined outbound engines in a startup environment.
