You will own reporting and insights for the marketing team, analyzing performance across digital channels to drive data-driven marketing strategies. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, finance, and data science to optimize ROI and budget allocation.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing analytics, performance analysis, or similar role
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools and reporting
  • Knowledge of marketing-mix modeling and attribution models
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, finance, and data science

Responsibilities

  • Analyze digital marketing performance across Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, and Programmatic channels
  • Conduct deep-dive ad-hoc analyses to evaluate paid media effectiveness and identify performance drivers
  • Translate insights from MMM and multi-touch attribution models into actionable strategies to improve ROI and guide budget reallocations
  • Maintain data visualization dashboards and reports tracking key metrics and KPIs
  • Optimize budget allocation and support campaign operations across channels
