You'll own and accelerate Paraform's entire growth funnel, working cross-functionally to identify high-leverage opportunities and ship experiments quickly. As the founding growth team member, you'll define strategy, execute end-to-end, and drive hypergrowth for a fast-growing hiring marketplace. You'll directly shape how thousands of people find their next role while building agentic systems that power the future of hiring.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Scale top channels for new candidate acquisition
• Design and optimize candidate referral programs
• Run weekly experiments with clear hypotheses
• Improve onboarding to reduce time-to-value

📋 Requirements

• At least 4 years of product management experience
• At least 2 years of growth product experience
• Data analytics background preferred but not required
• Marketplace experience preferred but not required
