Description

You will design and implement advanced personalization and experimentation solutions for customers, working directly with their engineering, product, and marketing teams. You will own end-to-end program design, lead technical discovery, enable customer teams, and provide feedback to Contentful's Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Deep domain expertise in personalization and experimentation with production experience
• Hands-on technical skills to implement personalization in composable architectures
• Experience with CDPs, CRMs, analytics platforms, and privacy tooling
• Knowledge of modern rendering strategies (SSR, CSR, SSG, ISR, edge/CDN)
• Ability to guide technical and non-technical stakeholders through best practices and tradeoffs

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of personalization and experimentation programs (audience strategies, decisioning models, experimentation frameworks)
• Design scalable personalization strategies with guardrails for multi-brand/region deployments
• Define measurement approaches connecting user behavior to business outcomes
• Architect and implement end-to-end personalization solutions using Contentful Personalization
• Lead technical discovery sessions and enable customer teams through workshops and code reviews
