Description

You will lead execution of the GSN Casino roadmap across New Features and Live Operations, bringing structure and clarity to a fast-moving team. Partner with the Executive Producer and Director of Product to define and execute the roadmap, manage risk, and mentor producers.

Requirements

• Strategic leadership judgment with ability to balance trade-offs and drive improvements
• Execution ownership in bringing clarity to ambiguity and delivering on initiatives

• Experience with LiveOps F2P and data-driven decision making using production KPIs

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of the game development team's roadmap and track production goals
• Have detailed understanding of project status, risks, and mitigation plans
• Own production team's output measured by deadlines, quality, and impact
• Establish a culture of productivity and support team efforts to achieve goals
• Identify workflow gaps and guide leads in resolving complex issues
