💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in delivering an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help manage daily operations to meet sales targets. This role offers a chance to step into leadership with flexible part-time hours.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for shifts

• Passion for music and pop culture
• Experience with BOPIS or curbside pickup
• Cash handling experience
