💼 About This Role
You'll build and scale Ramp's sports channel by educating college athletic departments and pro teams on Ramp's offering. You'll drive referral revenue through deep partner relationships and orchestrate go-to-market rollouts. This role combines partnership development with sales execution in a fast-paced startup.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Educate college athletic departments and pro sports teams on Ramp's offering
- Quarterback lead generation campaigns and create GTM plans
- Drive revenue by generating client referrals from sports partners
- Build relationships with multiple stakeholders within teams and leagues
📋 Requirements
- Minimum 5 years work experience with 3 years in Business Development/Partnerships or Partner Sales
- Strong discovery skills and consultative selling ability
- History as a top performer regularly exceeding targets
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
