💼 About This Role

You'll own the infrastructure that makes the team faster, building internal tools and shipping client increments. You'll design agentic engineering workflows and continuously improve how the team works. Your core impact is enabling the team to ship more easily every week through tooling and automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve internal tooling: MCPs, plugins, skills, AGENTS.md, templates.
• Ship client increments alongside the team when not focused on tooling.
• Design and improve agentic engineering workflows for faster shipping.
• Identify bottlenecks and turn one-off solutions into repeatable patterns.

📋 Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering ability, shipping end-to-end solutions independently.
• Fluency with coding agents and LLM tooling, daily use of multi-agent orchestration.
• Curiosity with tooling focus: track new AI dev tools and know what to adopt.
• Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders and client-facing confidence.
