📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in business development, strategy, management consulting, or VC.
• Proven experience in fintech, crypto, or digital payments preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

• MBA or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Web3 ecosystems and blockchain technologies.
