You'll oversee Wing's hardware laboratories in Palo Alto, ensuring operational excellence for drone development and testing. You'll drive 5S and lean practices and collaborate with facilities on lab expansion and optimization. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement and sustain 5S and lean lab practices
• Manage lab equipment calibration, readiness, and upkeep
• Oversee daily engineering and manufacturing lab operations
• Supervise lab technicians supporting validation and debug

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field
• 8+ years managing technical labs in hardware or aerospace
• Experience with facility, operations, and maintenance management
• Proven track record implementing 5S/lean methodologies
