Description

You will troubleshoot and resolve data center IT hardware issues, focusing on firmware and hardware problems with servers, and manage RMA processes with vendors. You'll act as an escalation point for L1/L2 technicians, create documentation and training materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes.

Requirements

• Knowledge of datacenters and server equipment
• Deep knowledge of IT hardware with troubleshooting experience
• Proficiency with Unix/Linux operating system and command line
• Experience with equipment monitoring, data analysis, and presentation
• High proficiency in spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Solve firmware and hardware issues with servers using advanced troubleshooting
• Execute workarounds and solutions for IT hardware issues
• Act as subject matter expert and escalation point for L1/L2 technicians
• Manage warranty replacements (RMA) and collaborate with vendors
• Create processes, documentation, and training materials for IT hardware team
