As a Sales Engineer at Samsara, you'll partner with sales executives to drive strategic deals, solve customer challenges with IoT solutions, and support hardware deployment and custom integrations. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 4+ years of selling experience in enterprise space translating customer needs into successful sales outcomes
- Deep understanding of security, cloud software, automation, networking, and control systems
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems
- Excellence in selling complex solutions and navigating intricate customer environments
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales executives to plan and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles
- Match customer pain points and requirements to proposed solutions
- Establish customer relationships and gain trust throughout and beyond the sales cycle
- Mentor other SEs on the team
- Contribute to technical knowledge and industry knowledge sharing
