Description

You will drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives that improve operational effectiveness and support strategic growth. You will lead the Integration Management Office during acquisitions, coordinate enterprise transformation programs, and enable leadership with structured insights and execution support.

Requirements

• Experience leading strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and build alignment across teams
• Strong project management skills with attention to dependencies and risks
• Experience with M&A integration or similar transformation programs
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives sponsored by the COO to improve operational performance and scalability
• Lead the Integration Management Office for acquisition integration planning and execution
• Manage executive operating rhythm including QBRs and data-driven narratives
• Establish program governance with transparency, risk management, and milestone tracking
• Provide executive reporting and decision support
